Shipping & Returns


After completing the checkout process you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We recommend you to check your Spam inbox as well. You will find your order number and an overview of your order in this e-mail. We require a 1 or 2 day handling time in some cases.


As soon as the orders is packed, it will be handed over to our shipping company. When the order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail where you're able to track your order. The standard shipping solution for orders outside the European Union is subject to a less reliable tracking service. All shipments are handled by PostNL and are always included with track & trace. Upon arrival, a signature is required for a safe delivery process.

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local authorities. These fees are absolutely not included in our services. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase at you can easily exchange or return the product(s) within 14 days after you've received it.

If you want to cancel the order you can send us an email, use the return form online or use the Model form for cancellation online. We will reply within 48 hours. You can ship the item(s) back by simply following our advice below:

  1. Make sure the item(s) are in an unused original condition and they include all original tags.
  2. Place the item(s) in a shipping box.
  3. Pack and tape the shipping box securely.
  4. Label the box with the return shipping address. 
  5. Drop the box off at a trusted shipping carrier. Make sure you include a tracking


When purchasing products, a consumer has the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during 14 days. This period commences on the day after the product was received by the consumer or a  representative previous designated by the consumer and announced to the trader. During this period the consumer will treat the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether he wishes to retain the product. If he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, then he will return the product to the trader, with all associated components, and – in as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that were provided by the trader.


  • Returns may take up to 5 working days to process once we have received it.
  • Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund the amount of the returned item(s). We will not refund any costs involved in the return shipment.
  • Note that upon returning or exchanging any products you make sure to notify your local customs office. They will then refund you the tax and customs fee or prevent you from having to pay them twice. Unfortunately, this isn't anything we can control from here.
  • Returns that arrive with us later than 14 days after you have received it, cannot be refunded.
  • In case of a return, we will refund your payment (excl. return shipping costs and excl. any other costs made from your side) within 14 days.
