If you have a complaint, you can send an email to containing:

1) Your name, address and telephone number

2) If applicable, your order number

3) A description of the complaint as complete as possible, possibly supplemented with digital photos to support the complaint.

We aim to respond substantively to your complaint within 24 hours, but no later than 5 days. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint. If your complaint is upheld, you will receive a full refund or replacement of the product from us.
